PUSH CASE · $40K A MONTH BY MONTH 2
≈ 205 cars → $41k20 regulars + 30 past clients + 45 followers + 75 from ads + 40 from care plan
Takes all three by week 5: ads scaled to about $2,500 and still returning about 6x · most past clients rebooked · about 20 people on the care plan. Needs 3 people, since 2 max out around 200 cars. Likely month 2 is about $26k.

Green tags: rough monthly value by month 3 at about $200 a car (likely case). They overlap, so they don't add up to the total. The totals at the bottom are the real number.

Stamp card in their Apple or Google Wallet

  • They add it by scanning a QR code at the job.
  • Every paid detail: 1 stamp.
  • Friend books with their code: 2 stamps each.
  • 8 stamps: a free detail.
  • The card updates itself, with a lock-screen alert when they're 1 away and when it's ready.

One system for both visits and referrals. A free detail every 8 stamps works out to about 11% back for a regular client.

  • Crew contracts are what bigger teams unlock. Condo and office detail days, dealer prep, rental fleets: 15–20 cars at a time on a set schedule. 2 people can't promise that. 3 people can take one deal (about 15–30 cars a month), 4 people two (about 30–60).
  • Month 1 is the same for every team. Contracts take a few weeks to land, and 2 people can handle up to about 200 cars.
  • 2 people fill up around month 4–6. In the likely case they're turning away about 20 cars a month by month 6. That's when the 3rd person earns their pay.
  • Best case with 4 people: $80k a month by month 6. 400 cars, every team fully booked, with care plan, ads, past clients and 2 crew contracts all hitting.
  • So: start with 2 full-time. Add the 3rd when the calendar is full 2 weeks out or a crew contract is ready to sign, the 4th when it's full again.
  • The past-client number is a guess. If he has 200+, month 1 moves up. If he has 50, it moves down. Ask him.
  • Crew pay (about $4k a person) and supplies (about 8%) are my estimates. Revenue is before gas and insurance.
